I got to celebrate loosing 150lbs in New York this weekend! (Not the reason we went but whatevs) ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ—ฝ๐Ÿ™ . . . . I didnโ€™t realize how different it is to travel not being obese. 1) the plane ride was so much more comfortable/less terrible when youโ€™re not crammed in that seat touching the stranger next to you or worrying about the seat belt not fitting. 2) being able to keep up with everyone in terms of waking around. We did about 20k steps a day, something I wouldnโ€™t have been able to do at my heaviest. I got to fully enjoy the trip and see everything without having to rest. (Though I complained all weekend bc it was fucking freezing ๐Ÿ˜‚) 3) just being so much more comfortable with your body it takes so many of those โ€œare people staring at me??โ€ โ€œEveryone here is so skinny and good looking I stick out like a sore thumbโ€ anxieties I always have had when traveling Let me say it for the millionth fucking time but itโ€™s so much more about the number on the scale! I was able to enjoy the trip that much more bc Iโ€™m HEALTHIER not just a smaller size! I post transformation just to remind myself how far I come . Thereโ€™s days that I just want to stop working out and just be lazy. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ I canโ€™t do that though. I have goals that I want to achieve. ๐Ÿคฉ - I remember these pants didnโ€™t fit me and I had to wear a waist trainer to have them button up. Wear a flowy shirt to hide everything. Now , they fit me BIG. So I canโ€™t never stop . Today was โ€œMake a Gingerbread House w/ Momโ€ at school! It was so nice to have some one-on-one with Gretchen. . This is why all the late nights working. If I were still teaching I would have had to use a vacation day and get a sub (which you teachers know the fun of having a sub ๐Ÿ˜œ) to even go to this. I love being able to set my own hours and not have to answer to a boss. . If your waiting to hear from me itโ€™s because Dave has switched to the graveyard shift, which means my work hours have changed too. Now I get most of my work done between 8pm and 2am. Still gotta hustle because coaching is my full-time gig that I work to make a full-time income doing...but I get to do it on MY terms, and this way I can work AND be present with my kiddos during the day. โค๏ธโ˜บ๏ธ . I made a thing! โ€ข โ€ข Iโ€™m sure there are very similar recipes out there- so Iโ€™m not claiming this as my own. But, I didnโ€™t look at any recipes and I just kind of winged it. ______ Spaghetti Squash Marinara: - 1 spaghetti squash - 1 jar of Raos marinara - 1 cup of ricotta - 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese - garlic powder and Italian seasoning to taste - shredded Parmesan cheese to top _________ (To cook a spaghetti squash) Pierce squash several times with fork, microwave on high for 5 minutes. Let cool a bit. Cut in half, discard seeds and pulp. Lay one half in a baking dish, fill one half with water, and put the second half on top. Microwave for another 12-15 minutes. Cool until able to handle; shred with a fork. ______ I made a mixture of the ricotta, grated Parmesan cheese and spices. Placed one half of the shredded squash in a glass Pyrex, layered half of the jar of Raos on top. Spread half of the ricotta mixture on top of that. Layered the second squash half on top of the mixture, added more of the ricotta mix, and topped with sauce. This journey is filled with UPS and DOWNS...Remember when you're struggling to Keep Going and Never Give Up ๐Ÿ˜˜โค I had been struggling for awhile...My weight crept up over my WW lifetime Goal weight. I kept trying to find my motivation...one day I would be super motivated...the next I was completely unmotivated. I tried to tell myself it was okay to stay around my goal weight or a little over...but I wasn't happy at those weights. Living beyond the scale is important to me but I had found my "happy" weight range (129-133) I maintained my "happy" weight for a year. I thought I had it all figured out...I didn't. Even though I struggle I never will Give Up ๐Ÿ’— I made a promise to myself that I would be a @ww Lifetime member for the rest of my life...and I'm not breaking that promise โค . . I continue to grow and learn every day โค I am happy to say as of today I am back in my "happy" weight range for the first time since April ๐Ÿ˜„ I lost 5.2 pounds in a week ๐ŸŽ‰ I qm an intermittent faster...but I'm by no means an expert (I just do what works for me) ๐Ÿ˜„ I choose to eat between 7 and 3...I had no idea intermittent fasting had windows until two weeks ago ๐Ÿคฃ I unintentionally became an Intermittent faster when I joined WW...I would eat all my points before dinner so I wouldn't eat dinner. Eventually I figured out how to spread my points out but I found I didn't like to eat dinner most nights. I don't intermittent fast every day but I do it at least 4 days a week...it works for me. . . Switching subjects...Today I put on my @laurenconrad sweater (right picture) I bought it yesterday at Kohl's and I felt amazing in it ๐Ÿ˜„โค And my @madewell pants don't feel too tight anymore ๐Ÿค— #nsv ๐Ÿ”ทHW 197 ๐Ÿ”ถ SW 185 ๐Ÿ”ท GW 135 ๐Ÿ”ถ CW (132.6) ๐Ÿ’ HEIGHT 5'5" ๐Ÿ’œ MOTHER OF 2 โœŒ JOINED WW 4/11/15 ๐ŸŽ‰ GOAL 9/24/16 ๐ŸŽ‰ ๐Ÿ”‘LIFETIME 11/5/16๐Ÿ”‘ *People following the WW plan can expect to lose 1-2 lbs/per wk. chest workout is really paying off. ( if you want the chest workout just message me or comment below will be glad to send it).Striations are really starting to show, veins are really starting to pop come over all the cut is still going good even though I haven't been as consistent lately as I should. Side note I really think I did pull a muscle flexing for this photo. Also may have popped a blood vessel... Will find out. Are the photos of Lisa really starting to show a lot better trying to get the striations going there too. Back from cruising to Bermuda! Did ya notice I was gone? I noticed YOU were๐Ÿ˜ฎ! Paid for the Internet package which ended up not working so just turned off my phone and I let the fun begin! I had an absolute wonderful time with my sister @natsrealworld ๐Ÿ˜ we have fun just sitting on the couch talking to each otherโ€ฆ But this was much needed quality sister time doing really fun stuff every day! Here is a few things that happened just to fill you in on the past couple days: ๐Ÿ›ณ ๐Ÿ›ณ I ate all the things. I drank all the things. Probably drink more than ate! ๐Ÿ›ณ ๐Ÿ›ณ Came in 2nd in the "Finish that Lyric" game show ( cruise in September same thing! 2nd place!) this time I could punch myself in the face for losing on an Amy Winehouse song! ๐Ÿ›ณ Got lost getting back to my room 3 times ( not even drunk so figure that out!) ๐Ÿ›ณ Did all the artsy crafty stuff ( coming to dinner on the 19th? I think we need craft time so I could show you the best 3D snowflake project!) ๐Ÿ›ณDid trivia, listened to live reggae, saw comedy shows and won $800 playing slots ( which I lost prior to winning lol) ๐Ÿ›ณ Met tons of nice people- even made 2 new friends who me and Nat will def hang with again from PA! Had dinner and breakfast together ๐Ÿ›ณIn my head the above was me really starting a girl gang - which than made me think of leading a cult and deciding I'm def going to be a cult leader. I make more than one new friend at one time this is what happens! ๐Ÿ›ณI wondered how many of you want to just my #ketocult ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ›ณI witnessed a man betting $2K a spin at roulette- which was just nuts! ๐Ÿ›ณ Watched 25 men take off their pants and 25 women take off their bra's at one time in an adult only game show called THE QUEST๐Ÿ˜ต ๐Ÿ›ณHow do I even move on with this list after the above โฌ†๏ธ ๐Ÿ˜œ ๐Ÿ›ณ๐Ÿ›ณ๐Ÿ›ณ๐Ÿ›ณ๐Ÿ›ณ๐Ÿ›ณ๐Ÿ›ณ๐Ÿ›ณ๐Ÿ›ณ๐Ÿ›ณ๐Ÿ›ณ And there ya have it!
