April 2017 - April 2019. . . You may notice a small change or a big change. There is a 20 pound difference here and a whole lot of education, strength, and confidence added. . . April 2017. I would try to work out in my home gym, was too nervous to go to a real gym, tried to eat healthy but didn't know what healthy really meant. I made excuses, tried different diets, and always went through ups and downs where I would commit to something and then fall off. . . April 2019. This woman is brand new. I have more confidence in my appearance and my abilities now more than ever, I step into the gym like it's my second home, I have allowed myself to dig deep into nutrition and am aware of what I put into my body, and have adapted to the 80/20 rule that everyone always talks about. . . Some times we forget how far we have come when we get off track for a but, but looking at these photos reminds me how freaking amazing I am and how hard I have worked to be my best self. Haven't done front squats for ages so really pleased with these on 70kg to get started tbh. EASTER THEMED PROTEIN MARSHMALLOW NESTS WOOT WOOT 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Thought I’d make a high protein Easter based snack before I drown myself in much more fun normal Easter trash chocolate tomorrow bc #balance? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ingredients for 8 “nests” lol: 55g milk chocolate 30g @gonutritionuk whey 80 (I used triple chocolate but I think chocolate salted caramel would have been even nicer) 40g rice krispies 30g raisins 30g mini marshmallows 3-4 tablespoons soy milk Mini eggs for the top (Easter init) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Basically, you mix the protein powder with 1 tablespoon of soy milk until it forms a smooth paste, then add the rest of the milk. While u do this melt the chocolate over a pan of hot water, then add the protein mixture to the chocolate. After you’ve mixed all dis together, add the dry ingredients except the mini eggs, shove it into lil cupcake cases to make it cute and pop some mini eggs on top to make it Easter AF. 4 months ago I woke up at 5:45am drove to the chamber to take my new and exciting “SWEAT” class ... only to find no one was there. This happened 3 days in a row. I was gutted. One day I remember sitting in the gym from 0600 until 1630 without a single person walking in. WTF WAS I DOING??? —————————————————I had just left a stable job in the military with a daughter due very soon. Maybe I should have just stayed doing what I was doing, it would have been a dam sight easier!! ————————————————— 4 months on and Ive had a minimum of 20 people attending our 6:30am class everyday and absolutely loving it 💁‍♀️💁‍♀️. The gym has grown quicker than I could have ever imagined and I love going to work each day. 🤙 ————————————————— Massive shout out to all of our fantastic members who encourage each other every day working towards their individual goals whatever they may be. Happy Hump day 🐫👏🏼 Fitting in an extra session this week even with all my uni work etc so doing 6 sessions instead of 5. Got a metabolic conditioning session later on at the gym so I am ready to potentially die 😅😂

Wearing my high waisted flex set for legs today!! Wearing grey is a must on my first leg day of the week bc I use liquid chalk for my deadlifts and wearing anything darker = chalky handprints EVERYWHERE 😂 •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Been a little preoccupied with life outside the gym recently - got sooo much uni work to do and I’m currently getting checked out to get to the bottom of a little lump in my neck. It’s not much to worry about bc doctors I’ve seen are confident it’s nothing too sinister (it’s most likely a little cyst) but I’m getting it tested etc just to be sure! Apart from that everything is going good atm ~ my cut is working and I’m enjoying training so much atm!! 🙌🏼👏🏼

Getting my lil bicep out for upper day today 😂💪🏼 Had a good session today and I’m enjoying being back on plan eating my 1600cals a day during my cut. Don’t take that number of cals as what everyone should be cutting at, it works for me as it’s 200cals below my maintenance and that’s calculated by my height (5ft) and weight (56.8kg) - it won’t work for everyone so work out your own or speak to a qualified nutritionalist for best results! I’ve lost 1lb since yesterday so the water weight I’d gained is shifting and I should be back to normal within a day or two!

All smiles for cardio Sunday 😊✨ Ate my body weight in Italian food last night so I’m feeling very watery today ~~ as you can probably see! Back on my cut today and keeping it as strict as possible for the next 2 months and hopefully I should be at my goal weight! •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Had such a good cardio workout today and burned 550cals in 70mins (as follows): 1- 10 min warm up walk 2- Rowing machine sprints - 20 secs on 10 secs off 10 rounds on the max power the machine goes 3- 20min stationary bike as fast as possible for the entire time! 4- 15 min run 5- 5 sets of 10 Burpees with 10 seconds rest in between AND YOU’RE DONE 😅 Believe me I died doing this it was such a sweaty session! Just a pic from a week or so ago for todays post as it’s my rest day ✨ Recalculated my macros and maintenance calories today as the last time I did it I weighed 63kg (I’m now around 56.5kg). My maintenance is now around 1800cal so I’ll be finishing up my cut around 1600cals. Aiming to lose 1lb a week for the next 2 months which should be achievable with my activity level and the calorie deficit I’ll be in. Excited to see how I change whilst finishing this cut!!
