😊Guten Abend ihr Lieben, Bei mir gibt's Nudeln mit körnigen Frischkäse und Tomaten🍅. Einfach aber echt lecker. Heute war ich ja bei dem neuen Hausarzt🏥 und wurde seit langem Mal wieder gewogen. Der Arzt war echt nett😃, allerdings werde ich mir langfristig einen anderen suchen müssen😬, denn er meinte von sich aus, dass er sich nicht gut mit Essstörungen auskennt und keine halbprofessionellen Meinungen dazu abgeben möchte. Schade😐, aber ein sehr guter uneigennütziger Grund. Über mein Gewicht direkt möchte ich hier nicht reden, trotzdem dazu: Es war nicht unbedingt sehr gut😔, aber auch nicht katastrophal schlecht. Ich werde gleich noch mit meiner Mutter👩 telefonieren☎ und das ganze ein bisschen genauer besprechen, aber im Endeffekt mach ich meine Pläne📝 und muss unbedingt die Kalorienzahl erhöhen⏫. Wie weit genau und wie schnell🤔 werde ich mir nach dem Gespräch mit meiner Mutter überlegen. Leider ist es bei mir noch stark so, dass sich ein Teil von mir auch freut, dass das Gewicht noch nicht so angestiegen ist😒. Diesen Teil muss ich unbedingt loswerden, denn ich möchte ja gesund werden 🙏und zum Teil fühle ich mich ja auch zu dünn und finde mich zu klapprig, aber das mit dem Gewicht bekomme ich einfach nicht weg😟. Deshalb ist es definitiv der nächste Punkt an dem ich jetzt arbeiten werde. You guys. I need your help. I’m about $75 into adding matcha into my everyday life but there’s a problem. I don’t actually like it. Like, my face gets kinda contorted when I take a sip. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’ve never liked tea much so I guess it’s not hard to believe I don’t like matcha much either, but I’m a huge believer in the health benefits, so I’m going to learn to love it (or just plug my nose and chug it.)!🍵 ____ So please tell me, how do you drink it? What recipe makes you look forward to getting your matcha in?

I don’t know why but it always seems like “less is more” is the approach most frequently taken when it comes to weight loss. . Dramatically cutting carbs, eating small meals and eating less often are some of the tools I often see people do to lose weight, but those aren’t always what’s necessary. . One of the things I noticed when I was trying to lose weight was that after awhile my weight loss had stalled and I was so confused... I was eating super clean and less than 1200 cals a day, so why wasn’t I losing weight? I decided to bump up my cals a little more and you’ll never guess what happened... i started to lose weight again. . Your body needs FUEL (food) so cutting isn’t always the answer. I eat more carbs, calories, and more often (nonstop honestly😂) than I EVER have... while maintaining the leanest (and strongest💪🏼) body I have ever had. . If you’re plateauing or stuck in your weight loss journey, try eating more! I swear, it works. Your metabolism will love you... trust me❤️ Thoughts?👇🏼

simple, quick, delicious 😋 _ Sometimes it’s hard to believe that I used to starve myself, but if I ever get back to that level of extreme hunger, I can see why: it’s an addiction. _ Diet culture and hunger are my drugs of choice, and once I get a taste of that feeling again, no matter how well I’ve been doing recently, all those thoughts become overwhelming. Between running on empty and my past glorification of that feeling, I don’t have the energy fight my demons. _ I have since intentionally done everything in my power to avoid being that hungry, because being that hungry is a trigger. Eating wholesome, complex carbs, fats, and protein keeps me full so that I have the mental energy to focus on and enjoy my life, but to also avoid slipping back into my old habits. _ EAT. It’s hard and it hurts and it goes against everything your demons are telling you, but it is a necessity that you don’t need to earn. You already deserve it :)
