Lemon frosting cake with cashew buttercream by 🍰⠀Recipe: Ingredients⠀ 2 cups plain flour⠀ 1 tsp baking powder⠀ 1 1/2 tsp baking soda⠀ 1/2 tsp good-quality salt⠀ Zest of 1 lemon⠀ Zest of 1 lime⠀ 50g vegan butter, melted⠀ 1/2 cup + 1Tbsp rice malt syrup⠀ 1 cup coconut or vegan yoghurt⠀ 1/4 cup lemon juice⠀ 2 tsp vanilla extract⠀ 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil⠀ ⠀ Method⠀ 1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees C and grease an 8inch round cake tine, and line the base with baking paper⠀ 2. In a large mixing bowl, sift in flower, baking powder and baking soda and then add in salt and zests. Mix until uniform.⠀ 2. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients until uniform, then pour onto of the dry mixture.⠀ 3. Mix until just combined then pour into prepared cake tin.⠀ 4. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the cake starts to pull away from the sides and bounces back when gently pressed. ⠀ 5. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before turning onto a wire rack to cool completely.⠀ Frosted with a cashew butter cream made using lemon drizzle using blended vegan icing sugar and with lemon juice.⠀ Enjoy! These "Caramel Apples" I made yesterday are BOMB 😍 as usual, made with all whole food ingredients, low fat, and super easy to make! The recipe will be out for next week in a video for Halloween recipes! 😁✨🎃 And in the second photo: after my run for lunch I made cinnamon oatmeal (120g organic gluten-free oats cooked with water + cinnamon powder on the stove top), then topped with one of these babies. WOW. It. Was. So. Good! The sweetness and crunchiness from the caramel apples added a wonderful touch👌

Whole Wheat Oat Banana Cranberry Chocolate Bread!🍞🍌 . . Snacking on sweets little pleasure on the afternoon is something many of us ar used to, call it teatime, coffebreak, or simply dessert; for most of us it does represent a necessity. Therefore finding a recipe that is oil free, plant based and without uneccesarry ingredients can be tough. 🍌 . 🍞 Recipe: Blend 120g of oats, 80g of whole wheat flour, , 1tsp baking soda + 1tbsp apple cider vinegar, 3 ripe bananas, 1/2 cup Soymilk, cinnamon 2 tbsp, vanilla., 5 tbsp of chia wit 10 of water (let it sit for 5 min). Blend it all up. Add dried cranberries, chocolate 99% cacao, top it with puffed quinoa, sunflower seeds and more chocolate, bake for about 45 min. 🇳🇱 Phoe,… het is best even wennen. Na nog niet zo lang afgestudeerd te zijn geweest dacht ik dat ik eindelijk klaar was tot ik besloot toch de docentenopleiding er achteraan te doen. Het is best een uitdaging, het reizen, maar ook om het huishouden er naast te hebben, de gezonde maaltijden die ik moet voorbereiden maar ook loop ik naast mijn eigen studie ook al stage op een voortgezet onderwijs om daar ervaring op te doen in de praktijk. Jawel, mevrouw Marsman staat voor de klas en ik vind het echt super leuk om de kinderen vanuit mijn vakgebied wat te mogen leren! . . 🇺🇸Well,… After I graduated I thought I was finally done with school untill I decided to do a second but last study to become a teacher. It still is kinda challeging when living on your own, traveling to the academy and prepairing myself some healthy meals. But! That’s not all, I even do my internship next to my own study so I can get some experience how to handle kids and how to teach them properly. Yes, Ms Marsman is standing in front of a class and teaching them everything I know in my field, expertise. I really enjoy teaching and guiding them!
