Having fresh blueberries in the garden is my biggest blessing ☀️🙏🏼 🌳 Berries are definitely my favorite type of fruit and always remind me of summer 🍓🏖😋 I love blueberry muffins but the ones you can buy in coffee shops are usually high in sugar and contain around 350 kcal (Starbucks🤭) or even 470 kcal (Costa Coffee😬). The ones that I made are added sugar free and contain 109 kcal in 1 🥧👌🏽 Ingredients: 5 tbsp of wholemeal flour, 5 tbsp of spelt flour, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp of baking powder, 2 bananas, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup of milk, 3 tbsp of olive oil, 1 cup of fresh blueberries. Method: Mix all the ingredients except of blueberries until smooth. Add blueberries and gently stir. Pour into muffin cups and bake in 180 C for 30-35 mins. Sağlıklı aperatiflerde bugün; sürekli tükettiğimiz beyaz ekmeğe alternatif olarak tam tahıllı ekmekler var. Beyaz ekmeğin 100 gramında 260 kalori bulunmaktadır. Всем привет! 🙋🏽 Понедельник, как говорится, день тяжелый.🙄 Особенно если с понедельника вы решили начать заниматься спортом. И, возможно, поэтому в течение дня находятся различные отговорки: нет времени, нет сил, нет денег и т.п. доводы в пользу вечера на диване. Легче найти тысячу отговорок, чем просто взять и начать.🤔 Вот если вы настолько занятой человек, что не можете выделить времени даже на маломальскую физическую активность, то вот вам несколько простых советов:👇🏽 1) Утренняя зарядка. 🙌🏽Проснувшись никто не против полежать и понежиться в постели. Но можно не просто лежать, а выполнять несложные упражнения: вакуум, скручивания, велосипед и др. Это отличное начало дня с чувством выполненного долга. Тут главное просто начать, а не выкатываться в кровати до последнего.😉 2) Вариант «эффективная замена»: 👩🏽‍🔧заменяем лифт, эскалаторы в торговом центре или метро на лестницу, автобус на велосипед, ролики, скейт (конечно, в хорошую погоду). Время вы потеряете немного, а может даже и сэкономите (в случае пробок в час-пик). И еще один большой плюс: вы покажете правильный пример другим. 😎 Вместо переполненного автобуса можно также прогуляться вечером до дома: и физическая нагрузка и эмоциональная разгрузка. 🙌🏽 3) Генеральная уборка. 👩🏽‍🔧Она подразумевает как минимум еженедельную физическую активность. К тому же можно регулировать нагрузку: люстры, окна, пол, глажка… всегда можно что-нибудь придумать. 😊 4) Игра с детьми или семейные походы на природу.🙋🏽 Дети по определению активны всегда и везде. А если вы не просто будете рисовать с ними или устраивать чаепития, а поиграете в прятки, салки, «акулы» и т.п., они будут счастливы, а вы – в отличной форме. 🏃🏽Более того таким образом, вы с детства будете прививать детям любовь к движению и спорту. 🙂 5) Очередь. Даже ожидая своей очереди, вы можете заниматься спортом: напрягать пресс, подниматься на носочки и выполнять другие «незаметные» для других упражнения.🤓 Вот и все. Dejo por aquí mi postentreno de ayer y vuelta a la rutina postvacacional... 🙈 Platazo de pasta con albóndigas! 😍😍 😍😍 🍽ALBÓNDIGAS, para 9 raciones🍽 🔹️2 cajas de albóndigas de pollo y pavo @meatprotein 🔹️3 cebollas cortadas a cuadraditos 🔹️1 lata de guisantes y zanahorias baby (de Lidl) 🔹️200gr. Tomate frito sin azúcares añadidos 🔹️Sal, pimienta, tomillo, romero, orégano y perejil 🔸️Dorar las albóndigas en una sartén grande (si es antiadherente no hace falta ni aceite) 🔸️Reservar la carne y cocinar en esa misma sartén la cebolla (uso 5gr. de aceite) 🔸️Echar en una olla las albóndigas, cebolla, tomate, especias y cubrir de agua 🔸️Cocinar 40 minutos, casi al mínimo y tapadas 🔸️Un minuto antes de apagar el fuego, añadir la lata de guisantes (yo corto las zanahorias en trocitos) 😍😍 😍😍 Congelo en raciones de 4 albóndigas y su salsa. Holy moly this pizza was bomb! It came together effortlessly too😍. I used @engine2diet whole wheat pizza crust and it was perfect. I was craving something creamy as a spread so I used @kitehillfoods chive cream cheese as a bottom layer, then I added mushrooms, onion slices, tomatoes, olives and parsley. Then I topped it off with @followyourheart mozzarella cheese and baked at 350 for 15.
