good morning I have been fully obsessed with protein crepes recently. Protein crepes are a way of life I swear @musclefooduk used to sell ready made ones which were awesome, but those seem to have been discontinued a while back. I'd say these homemade versions taste even better and are way cheaper. 15g flour 25g whey protein 110ml milk 20ml egg white 1 egg All you need to do is blend the ingredients. I usually split it in half, as this recipe makes 8 crepes, and have four for breakfast and maybe four for dessert or for breakfast the next day. I've topped and filled these with @grenadeofficial chocolate spread, strawberries, raspberries, and @cocoa.plus chocolate grated over the top. Heavenly. Macros: 240kcal 15.8g carbs 11.1g fat 20.9g protein
