✨I didn't want to live a life I was less than crazy about 🙅🏼‍♀️. Can you relate? Don't get me wrong, I was grateful for what I had, but I still wanted MORE. I KNEW my life could be MORE... more abundance, more travel, more meaningful, more FREE ✨🕊. I always dreamed I would find a job that allowed me to be myself 💯 and that would mold me into the BEST version of myself 💪🏼🤓. But for too long I stayed in that same restaurant job because it was COMFORTABLE and I was unsure if what I dreamed of even existed. 🤷🏼‍♀️ . When I found my coach and business mentor 👯, it took me 2 years to believe that this could be real 😳. I creeped hard 👀 and never reached out. Like a lot of people, I thought “what’s the catch?!” 🤨Now that I've been doing this a while I think, dang, I wish I trusted it sooner. I honestly can’t imagine what my life would be life if it wasn’t for “this coaching thing.” 😜 . For years I would drive to work — #serverlife 🙄 — right as the sun was about to set, AKA тнє gσℓ∂єи нσυя ✨. It’s always been my favorite time of day; everything looks magical AF and I feel myself come alive as the sun gleams in my eyes 👁. I remember one day driving to work and crying because I felt so STUCK and defeated by life, being inside every night working a job that didn’t fulfill me and honestly felt like a waste of my potential. I big reason WHY I do this is so I NEVER have to feel like that again. 🙏🏻😭 . I missed so many sunsets because I was afraid to START. 💔🤦🏼‍♀️ Now working from home 👩🏼‍💻 as an online coach means I never have to miss a sunset again🌅. I still work hard, but I work for myself, by myself and ON myself so I can be the best version of me and live a life I ℓσνє. If I can do this, so CAN you. Happy Friday everyone! This week has been an incredibly productive week for me in terms of university work, filming and also working out. I’ve enjoyed going to the gym so much and I’m proud of myself for overcoming the first week of January where I only worked out 2-3 times. This is part of my first workout in 2019 and I believe it was January 4th. I struggled because I was sick for two weeks prior to this but it made me kickstart the year in a positive mindset. First week of January went horribly, but I had it in my head that I won’t let that beat me down and bring the rest of the year down. Last two weeks have been amazing and I’ve been really happy and I hope you have too ♥️ Jumping into the workout! This is part of my full leg workout that I live and die for! This part only includes free weights and cables, the next part will include all the machines I used. I have also done a in depth talk through for this video on my channel (link in bio!) if you’d like to check it out, it explains each exercise and why I did each exercise in a certain order. I love free weights because for me I feel the level of concentration and intensity goes up. You have to be responsible for the barbell or weight you’re carrying, and you shouldn’t be focused on anything else because it may distract you and be dangerous. My leg day on Monday left me SO sore. My quads are STILL a little sore today (it’s Friday 😅) but I managed to push through my leg workout anyways! . •Cable Hamstring Curl (standing up on a box since I can’t lay flat on my tummy for the time being 🤰🏼) •Cable Kickbacks •Cable RDLs •Banded Frog Pumps (if you’re preggers, make sure the Dumbbell isn’t resting on your lower abdomen, keep the weight more at the top of your thighs!) •Bulgarian Split Squats (BRUHHHH trying to find your center of gravity with another human being in your abdomen is pretty difficult 🤣) . 🤦🏾‍♀️No Gym No Problem💆🏾‍♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I work with a lot of people that are raising kids, work 7-7, or are in college while holding down a job on the side. I get it, not everyone can afford the gym, or afford the time it takes to drive over, get warmed up, and workout. However, there are always options! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We all remember Batman 🦇 falling out of bed and busting out pushups first thing in the morning. This is a perfect example of an at home exercise that takes 30 seconds to perform that you could do 3x a day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In the video above I’ve got a great tricep option that you could pair with pushups that would help you tone up the back of your arms and build a tighter, stronger upper body. ➖ Simply attach a short bar to a cable at the gym, or a band over the door at home. Align the elbows by the body and don’t allow the arms to swing. Use the triceps to bring the bar down until your fingertips are touching your thighs or are close. Let the bar or band slowly return with a controlled movement and repeat for 10-15 reps. ➖⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Try 10-15 pushups (on your knees if needed) followed by 10-15 of these Tricep Pushdowns for 3 rounds and enjoy the burn 🤗 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you want to tone up, gain strength, and/or lose weight. On days that I feel like I can't...they make it so that I can. When I feel like my tank is at zero. This little human somehow make me feel as though I’m her hero. In moments I want to give up. Being a mom, is the reason I push through... I realize so much more through the eyes of them .. ---- We all get lost in moments, situations or times that we feel less than who we really are. That we don’t deserve time for ourselves. That maybe we are not good enough or are full of guilt. Take the time to look at yourself through someone else’s eyes. As a mom, for me it’s my children’s. My son will literally tell people he doesn't mess with me because I'm too strong!! (See if he feels that way when he is six feet and stronger then me for real! 😋). As a friend, a sister, a partner ... You name it. Think of the way you lift up those around you comes easy, yet it's so hard for us to lift up ourselves.... It's easy to talk negatively to ourselves in the mirror and awkward to pay ourselves compliments. I used to feel like I failed, especially as a mom of three taking them through a divorce. Watching the sadness in their eyes. I carried that weight. Why is it that we are so flipping quick to forget about how amazing we actually are inside! I challenge you to look inside. Find something that is BAD ASS about yourself and celebrate it! 🤗🖤🤗🖤🤗🖤

I also prefer not to round my back, I drive the knee while aiming for neutral spine. This exercise is usually safe on the shoulders and back but varies on the individual. _ Another 60 miles down, half of them being against the wind... which had me thinking of an analogy I had read recently; _ A married farmer goes to a local mystic (an elder) and asked for advice on how to kick his in-laws out. Apparently they moved themselves in and were always in the way. _ The elder told the man to bring all of his cows into the house. Without any luck the man returned and was advised to bring all of his sheep in the house. Without any luck the elder then told the man to bring all of his farm dogs into the house. _ The man returned angry, claiming the elder was only making matters worse. The elder calmly told the man to now remove the animals from his house. _ I don’t think I need to elaborate on how the man felt returning to a peaceful house. _ What I will say is that momentary un-comfortability is needed to appreciate the peace that comes afterwards. _ I believe we all grab onto a little bit of un-comfortability in our lives, whether we realize it or not, to make the peaceful times that much better. Shoulders.. my absolute favorite to train. I remember I used to think that if I did a ton of heavy shoulder presses, that’s all I needed to have nice shoulders 😂. Nooo. You have to isolate all 3 heads- front, side, and rear delts. I train shoulders 2x a week and I like to keep it high volume. SHOULDER WORKOUT 💥 1. Seated DB shoulder press (5 single, 5 single, 5 double for 5 sets) 2. Bent over cable rear lateral raises (4x 10-15 each arm) superset w/ seated plate front raises (4x15) 3. Lying cable side raises (4x15) superset w/ seated straight arm DB side raises (4x15) 4. Bent over DB rear lateral raises (4x15) superset w/ cable rope front raises (4x15) 5. DB L side raises (drop set each time)(5x8, drop, then 12-15)

Today was a day to train like an athlete .. As many of you know, I didn’t always like to workout. I used to HATE it. It wasn’t until exercise became the only thing I had available to prove to myself that I could overcome anything that I started to love the process of it all. To this day, the gym is my practice field for life. The harder my workouts are, the more reward. The more uncomfortable, the more strength I know I’ll build. Many of our members do a lot of traveling for work or vacation and request workouts to do while they’re away to keep their fitness progress going. I posted an all body weight workout before, but since most hotel gyms have at least a set of dumbbells and a bench, here’s another simple workout you could do at almost any hotel gym! A1 DB bench 3-4 sets x 8-12 reps A2 RFESS 3-4 sets x 8-12 reps B1 DB row 3 sets x 10-15 reps B2 Goblet squat 3 sets x 10-15 reps C1 DB skull crushers 2-3 sets x 15-20 reps C2 DB lateral raises 2-3 sets x 15-20 reps D1 SL DB glute bridge 2-3 sets x 10-15 reps D2 plank 2-3 sets x 20-30 seconds Again, these vacation workouts aren’t meant to be long and intense, I would advise to stay 2-3 reps short of failure and go for more of a “pump”. The main thing is to keep your body moving daily and keep up with your mobility, especially if spending a lot of time in a plane or car. It will make going back to your more intense workouts back home a lot less painful! 😅👍

🔥HOW TO REDUCE BODY FAT🔥 by @fitness.stance 💪 - It's true what they say, you can't out-train a bad diet. So the first step to any fat-loss plan starts with improving your diet. First, cut out processed foods, fake sugars and refined carbs. That means cutting out the cakes, cookies, ice cream, deep-fried foods and candy. Next, add more foods to your diet with low-energy density. Said more simply, include fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, whole grains, lean meats and fish in your diet. - Skip high-calorie beverages with little to no nutritional value and grab a glass (or two) of water instead. This means forgoing flavored lattes, dessert coffees, artificially sweetened juices, sweet tea, alcohol and soda. Water not only helps keep your body hydrated and functioning optimally, but it also helps continually flush your system and can help boost your metabolism. - Spend two or three days a week doing high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Apply this to any form of cardio you enjoy the most -- running, cycling, stair-climbing, jumping rope, elliptical training or rowing. - Cardio isn't the only way to help your body burn fat.
