Ive talked about how bad my pelvic tilt gets when inflamed - in the IG fitspo world, anterior pelvic tilts are the norm🤷🏻‍♀️ If you actually want an ass, you need to activate it instead of throwing it back 🌚 Tuck your hips (neutral spine = better core/glute/hamstring activation). My core was strugglingggg today so I started from the ground to focus on keeping my hips under me. Hoje fizemos um trabalho de agulhamento com Dry Needling em ponto gatilho cervical por conta de algumas dores que vendo sentindo na região, por conta de um trabalho intenso que venho fazendo em minha dorsal ,além disso tbm fizemos a liberação miofacial com foco tbm em expansão de dorsal com o uso das ventosas claro 👊 fizemos ainda ajustes globais e desbloqueios de micromovimentos vertebrais, através de manipulações de quiropraxia Dr muito obrigado pelo suporte e que mais pessoas tomem ciência da importância de ter um profissional como você acompanhado o desenvolvimento de perto .

I get asked so many times… Do you squat? you never post videos of you squatting you don’t you dead lifts? like never seen you do deadlifts! So instead of answering my DMs i’m just going to set the record straight since it’s so important? … Just because I don’t post it doesn’t mean I don’t do it. I will let my body speak for itself.
