Day 303: @vlad_christopher you’re lucky I didn’t beat my last challenge haha kinda of disappointed in myself about this. My head just wasn’t in the lifting mood today I think and @stylincreations662 could tell as well. Still lifted hard though and pushed myself. I’ll beat me next time hopefully since Chris isn’t going to haha. Also tried something I haven’t seen before which was by @monsterenergy and it was their protein shake with caffeine. Actually wasn’t bad and it gave me energy but I was surprised about how little carbs and sugar it had since with their energy drinks they are loaded with that stuff. Not a bad after workout shake in my opinion as long as you don’t drink too much caffeine before your workout which I may have done. Very important to track how much caffeine you are taking in as everyone already knows but it can be overlooked very easily when you just love have energy.

Tony has been a member off and on for about 20 years 😱😱 he is definitely our morning nice guy/beast. We definitely love having him as a member.
