#everydayisday1: Day 1.198 - Chicken Pita Surprise - 1. Before you hammer me about this is “Clean” let me explain that’s not how i operate. I’m an “Energy Balance” and moderation type of guy. 2. This is TASTY AF! - The Goods Chicken Thighs Kontos Pita Velvetta Cheese Sonny’s Hickory BBQ Smoked Paprika Salt Pepper - The chicken is grilled after being seasoned with paprika, salt, pepper. With thighs if you’re grill is around 400 degrees 6 Mins a side is fair. Also dab some of that Sonny’s on it when you flipping it. Put the Pita in the pan on low to get it nice and Krispy. Chop the chicken and add it to the pan. Top with cheese and love it. Finn has really taken to gardening; He gets out there everyday to water and check how things are progressing. Today he helped me plant POPCORN(Organic Dakota Black) 🍿 AHHHH!!!! We looked up how far apart they had to be and measured so we got it right(@cosymakes 🤣🤣)- For popcorn it said 6 inches apart and then pull out every other one once they are 5 inches tall so that there are 12 inches between them(hopefully I did this right 🤷‍♀️). I’m actually loving it, too- it’s been very therapeutic for me these last couple of months. I look forward to expanding it over the years as we learn more(and create more beds!!)
