HOW LONG A FITNESS MOTIVATION WORKS ON YOU ? ⠀ My mom looked at me hopeless when she found me chopping wood at home inspired by sir @theslystallone on Rambo 3. 🤣🤣🤣 I know many youngsters in 90s know about this Rambo effect. My question is how long all these motivations stays on your fitness journey ? ⠀ An hour at Gym ? Few hours ? Or a day ? ⠀ In My view all these motivational quotes , songs , videos , raps are some stimulants which can give a Fire.
