New recipe💕 I focus a lot more on my nutrition and vitamine intake today because my iron level is very low and it’s important to get enough of nutrition everyday to feel good😌 Tried this wok the other day and was so easy to make so here you have the recipe 💕 I don’t write the amount because you can decide how much veggies you want 😊 Fry quorn/chicken/soy with oil,onion, garlic, ginger and parsley. Add broccoli, haricot’s verts and pepper and let fry for a couple minutes. Add one can of coconut milk, salt & pepper and let boil all together 💯 serve with bulgur, quinoa or rice 💁🏼♀️
