So who else is motivated enough to hit the gym on Friday nights? My friend Danielle is, have a killer workout and stay dangerous 🤙🏼🚓

Rockin’ her aviators and Blue Line Grappling bear! Thank you for the support my friend, see you on the mats 🤙🏼

Damn it felt good to get back on the mats today! It’s been a little over a week now, recovering from this damn cold/flu...that’s the rough part about Jiu Jitsu, you take some time off and GOODBYE CARDIO 🤣😂 None the less we had a good training session today where all we did was spar....BTW, I take full responsibility for not making sure my homeboy had his belt tied, MY BAD! 😂🤙🏼

Lean, mean, and motivated...Steph is ready to hit the gym put some work in 🤙🏼🚓

We had to play “Tetris” today when we were setting up more mats for training. Its amazing how just a spark can cause a fire of motivated people who want to train 🤙🏼 I can’t wait to get back on the mats and roll...it’s been a week since I’ve worked out / rolled due to having a terrible flu but I’m going to get back to training tomorrow evening.

Getting ready to hit the gym and representing Blue Line Grappling, thank you Caitlyn for your support! 🤙🏼🚓

25 years ago, this man had the courage to step into the octagon and represent a martial art that would turn the world upside down. Thank you Royce Gracie for showing the effectiveness of Jiu Jitsu in a real fight! The martial arts community is forever in debt to you and your family.

Whether it’s in your journey in Jiu Jitsu or obstacles you face and endure in life...this is 100% true...transform and become a katana blade.

A few days ago, a fellow department member informed me she had just signed up to train Jiu Jitsu and that I played “a big role and inspiration” for her to start...for me, this is the absolute biggest compliment ever. I am so incredibly proud of her and all those who seek training on their own time...something they won’t learn by going over a dull PowerPoint...I wish you the best in your new journey Ashley! 🤙🏼 It is an honor to have been part of your Jiu Jitsu journey...

Thank you to each and everyone of you from the bottom of my heart 🙏🏼

#flashbackfriday to Sept 2016 I was flown over to Beijing and Shanghai as a guest and what an honor it was. I had the opportunity to train with the Shanghai Police Academy when they were visiting the U.S. and they toured our academy. It was an absolute honor because I was the first and only department member to have ever been brought over as a guest! On this particular night, a surprise dinner was hosted for me at this really cool restaurant that was connected to a soccer stadium. These kids are all about training, they have the absolute best attitude when it comes to training 🤙🏼 🇺🇸🇨🇳

Thank you for your continuous support to law enforcement 🤙🏼 Get your OD Green “Classic” Blue Line Grappling shirts now.

Getting in a PT session before work! Thank you to my academy classmate for the support, be safe brother 🤙🏼 www.bluelinegrappling.com

Wild Bill! It was great seeing you during the active shooter training today. Even though I was feeling under the weather, your positivity was uplifting. Until next time my friend 🤙🏼

Thursday lunch time rolls with the crew...thank you gents for continuing to train and staying motivated!🤙🏼

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again...I am PRIVILEGED and HONORED to be able to share Jiu Jitsu with my law enforcement family. To surround yourself with positive people who WANT to train truly is a blessing...as long as I am breathing and have life, I will never stop in my mission of motivating and inspiring others to train 🤙🏼

“The true science of martial arts means practicing them in such a way that they will be useful at any time.” - Musashi Who else applies what they’ve learned from martial arts into everyday life?! And who can give an example? Happy Monday everyone! 🤙🏼 www.bluelinegrappling.com

Great armed robbery caper last night towards the end of shift, the best part was how efficient we were as a team. Teamwork motivates unity in the workplace. I’m very fortunate to be able to work patrol OT with a great crew. With a strong, cohesive team, there isn’t a challenge we can’t take on.
