APPLE CAKE (gluten free) After making the cake your house will smell for sure like Christmas! You don’t need the mixer for this you do all by hand. I used honeycrisp apples since I really like their flavor, but you can change it for any other apple you like. INGREDIENTS Dry ingredients: 2 c almond flour ¼ c coconut flour ½ tsp salt 2 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda 4 tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp ginger ½ tsp nutmeg 3 tsp coconut sugar Wet ingredients: ½ c honey 1 ½ tsp vanilla ½ c plain yoghurt 2 honeycrisp apples peeled and diced 1 c chopped pecans DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven at 350F and line a spring form mold with parchment paper 2. Mix all dry ingredients 3. Mix all the wet ingredients but the apples and pecans 4. Then mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients 5. Add pecans and apples 6.
