Minimal clean up, we will do it all in my tiny kitchen :)) If I can do it, so can you!! I am thinking meals for the week in 30 minutes. How does that sound? Here is the shopping list - you can get all this stuff online at Whole Foods and have it delivered to your door, if you are short on time ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป We will make LAZy overnight oatmeal, avocado toast, lentil & cauliflower tacos and detox green soup, among other quick meals. Let me know if you have any questions! REBOOT MEAL SHOPPING LIST: 2 servings or individual packets of plant-based shakes like Vega, Isagenix, Purium or similar. (No artificial ingredients, if there are greens inside, thatโ€™s the best), 1 banana, 1 bag frozen blueberries, 1 carton almond or coconut milk, 1 bag of frozen spinach Ezekiel bread (regular or gluten-free) or similar type of bread, avocado, lemon, 1 tablespoon hemp seeds 1 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup oatbran, frozen berries of your choice, 4 teaspoons ground flax seeds, 3 cups coconut or almond milk, stevia, vanilla extract 2 cups cooked organic lentils (May buy canned if short on time or buy dry ones and cook according to package before our cooking class) 1 bag of frozen riced cauliflower, 1 onion, tomato paste, chili powdered cumin, salt, grapeseed oil, sprouted corn tortillas, daiya cheese in cheddar flavor, purple cabbage, romaine lettuce, salsa Beyond meat bratwurst, 2 sweet potatoes, 1 bunch asparagus 2 cups of chopped broccoli, 2 cups of chopped asparagus, 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 4 cups veggie stock, 1/4 cup cashews (or sub for hemp seeds if nut allergy) 1 tablespoon chickpea miso, optional, salt and pepper, butter-flavored coconut oil 1 pouch of cooked dairy-free Dahl (I love butternut squash Dahl with coconut milk from Costco), 1 bag of frozen brown rice, 1 bag of frozen broccoli 4 apples, 4 individual packets of peanut butter, 4 small bags of organic popcorn, 4 small individual bags of olives
