Liz got me these for my birthday, thanks Liz you know me well. ❄️ Ugg Booty Workout ❄️ 💕 1st: Put on Ugg boots and shake your butt a little. Jump off the ground with athleticism/enthusiasm. 💕 2nd: Pulse Squats. Go slow and focus on pushing your knees out. 💕 3rd: Good Mornings. Better with a barbell but we make do. Actually such a good exercise for your posterior chain. 💕 4th: Curtsy Lunges. Feel fancy like you’re meeting the queen but really you’re just meeting your new perkier butt. 💕 5th: Romanian Deadlift. Oldie but a fav, try lowering to a 4 second tempo to up the burn. 🍑 Do 3 sets x 12 reps as a circuit for a great lower body workout at home or use lighter weights and use this as a finisher at the gym! I hadn’t worked out in 10 days (coz holiday), and my butt was burning the next morning no joke!) 🔥 Wearing all @gymshark (except booties).
