Do you visualize what you want? Can you see it happening, imagine how you feel and replay it over and over again? There’s lots of science to back the power of using visualization and how it can empower your mind. What do you visualize for yourself? 🧠 I visualize myself in Hawaii 🌺 next January alongside other top leaders in my company, pouring into each other, learning from the best, relaxing 😎 with my husband on this trip that I earned, and soaking up some island vibes 🌴🍹 too.

Where are my SAHMs and WAHMs at? Anybody else get this from their kids? I get the same reaction when I put on “nice” clothes... nice being anything other than jeans or yoga pants. 🤣

I don’t dare leave the house without some CC Cream on my face! I love having a semi-transparent cover (foundation always feels like too much for me), but I still want to even out my skin tone, hide some redness and make sure I’m protected with mineral-based SPF too. My hair may be a hot mess from all this rain, but at least my face is on point! 🙌 What’s your make-up must have??

We shouldn’t worry about being better than our bestie, our co-workers, our siblings or anybody else. I’m learning from my experiences and trying to be a better version of myself everyday. After all, we can only better ourselves, we can’t control anyone else.

It’s not like me to wait until the last minute to plan for dinner, but yesterday I totally dropped the ball. 🤦‍♀️ Luckily we had enough on hand to pull together a pretty good salad! I just had to rush thaw some chicken, then grill it in a grill pan. Baby spinach, cucumbers, artichokes, tomato & parsley salad, hummus and chicken with a simple olive oil and lemon juice dressing. Not bad for not planning, right? 🤣🤣 Healthy doesn’t have to be hard. 🙌 Do you have a go-to dinner when you’ve failed to plan for the day? [bad photo quality ➡️ no good light in winter]

I heard this a few days ago and it’s stuck with me ever since. It’s forced me to be more deliberate in my thoughts and actions, which is so empowering! Changing our mindset and being open to the Universe can seem hard but I’m finding it easier lately... maybe because I’m ready. ☺️ So, will you repeat or evolve?

My kids generally aren’t picky eaters but when it comes to breakfast, their palette is pretty boring. Bagels, protein pancakes, toast, fruit and sausage is about the extent of their interest. 🙄😴 So I’m taking it upon myself to make popsicles OK for breakfast... well, more like protein smoothies frozen in popsicle molds, but heck, they won’t know the difference. I loaded them up with the foods they need in the morning that they don’t eat, plus my fave vegan protein powder, and they’ll be none the wiser. 🤫😆 Picky kids breakfast hack - you’re welcome!! 😂

It’s amazing what a little mental reset has done for me. ✨ Simply changing how we view something can create a massive shift in energy, attitude and happiness. ☺️🥰 At first it was scary and didn’t feel authentic, but shifting from negative & limiting beliefs has already made massive improvements in my business and relationships, especially with my daughters. I don’t want them growing up with a grouchy mom! If that resonates, you owe it to yourself to do some mindset work and invest some time into personal growth too. 🙌 Be open to happiness and abundance! This was never something that my office job would have encouraged. Just one of the many benefits of surrounding myself with an amazing tribe of boss babes, dreamers and doers!

It’s the perfect day to not do my hair, not put on makeup, wear totally cozy loungewear, drink huge cups of hot tea and FINALLY take down our tree. Our girls were devastated that Christmas was over so I agreed to leave it up until the day before school starts. That day has arrived - sorry kids!! 😆 Am I the last one to tackle this chore?

It’s taken me a while, but I’ve finally found my word for 2019. This keeps resonating with me more than others, I think that’s a sign. The first week of 2019 has already been transformational; I’m setting goals and intentions that I know I can keep, and working hard to improve my mindset with the help of #mindsetrest. Looking forward to a transformational year! 🌟 Do you have a word for 2019? What is it and why did you choose it?

Happy New Year!! 🥳 I’m a little late with this post because I took yesterday to give 100% to my family. One of my commitments for this year is to create a better habit of being fully present around them. I think social media can wait, especially while they’re young enough to still want to spend time with me 😆😉. What habits are you hoping to start this first month of 2019?

I’ve given quite a bit of thought to New Years Resolutions, which I used to hate the idea of. I now understand how important it is to set goals for ourselves, and take all the steps (now matter how small) to reach them. This coming year I’m renewing a commitment to myself, which I’ve put off for way too long. More exercise, more me time, more stopping to smell the roses. And I started today (and boy will I be sore tomorrow! 😆). Because how we end the day, the month, the year, is how we will start the next one. 🌟 What can you do today to move yourself closer to your goals tomorrow?

My go-to shake during the holiday season... all the flavors of the season without the guilt! Cherries, hazelnuts, spinach and my favorite vegan chocolate protein powder - SO GOOD! What’s your favorite combo during the holiday season?

Think back to where you were one year ago... how far you have come! What goals did you achieve? What small steps did you take each day to get where you are now? 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️ I’m looking forward to a clean eating reset in January, and while I *mostly* (ahem, holiday treats 🍫🍷) eat pretty well, there is always room for improvement. My body is ready to detox and reset!

Season’s Greetings, Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, Happy (belated) Hanukkah. Whatever your reason for celebrating, I wish you peace, joy and health and a wonderful holiday season!

Enjoy today, enjoy the season, enjoy every little moment. I’ll be unplugging soon for the rest of the day. What can you do today to slow down and savor the little moments?

Happy Winter Solstice AND Happy National Ugly Sweater Day! Who’s got a good ugly sweater? There’s nothing more fun than showing up to a holiday party in something humorous!

Time will pass but dreams shouldn’t fade. What can you do today to get closer to reaching your goals?
