Deadlift : 200lbs | 20 reps πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž–βž– Good news...pulling the weight is easy, but holding on to the shit is a whole other struggle! Lol Monday I was able to hold on to 195lbs for 20 reps...today my po’ lil hands were on FIRE and my grip just wasn’t there! I’m trying to avoid using straps and just thug it out and force my grip to catch up with my strength (I have fat grips...that I really need to start using!) At the end of this program the goal is 245lbs for 20 reps on deadlift and 210lbs for 20 on back squat!
