Got up this morning to knock out my cardio- 20min run & 3, 3-min rounds of jump rope....couldn’t find my head phones forever only to realize they were in the car the whole time, left my jump rope in the car when I got to the gym, ran for forever only to realize I never started the timer for my run, went to jump rope and realized that I picked the 1 rope with a busted handle....I’m generally a good jump roper...tripped on the rope every 3rd step for damn near 3 min! Just call me β€œcan’t get right” this morning! β–ͺ️ These are the types of mornings that make you better. Every day won’t be perfect, you won’t feel like getting it done every day, you’ll be in a shit mood, you’ll be cramping, you’ll be upset...it’s what you do in these moments, when you have every reason to say fuck it and go home, that make you great...that make the difference. This morning’s workout was shitastic, but I fought through it and got it done.
