Helloo lunch!!๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ I have eaten so many smoothie bowls yet I'm still floored at the idea of fruits filling me up. Like how?!? How can just eating fruits for a meal be enough to satisfy my hunger pangs? It's crazy, & I'm totally in love with it. When I was a little girl (6 or 7yrs), I vividly remember thinking that all I need is fruits & nuts, & I'll be totally ok with it.๐Ÿ‰ I disliked dairy, but was forced to consume it - you know, the healthy bones & all that BS. Lol! But not for my kids, because we know from @medicalmedium that a simple fruit like Oranges contain bioactive Calcium that gets instantly absorbed in the body!๐ŸŠ This beauty got served to some kiddos as well - you know, for strong bones & stuff. I've been adding Matcha to every smoothie for years, hoping to feel more energy--never happened. Not because of the Matcha but because of all the toxins I have built up. I'm hopeful that as I begin to follow the MM protocols (I just received my 2 MM books this week)great natural products like Matcha will help my energy level. I also love Matcha tea.๐Ÿ˜
