The @unleyshoppingcentre @woolworths_sa has reopened after a revamp. To celebrate, Goolwa PipiCo were asked to come down and cook the customers a treat to enjoy whilst they shopped! Billy Dohnt of @billydohntdoes and Alistair Scott-Young our Operations Manager, were on site mingling with the regular shoppers, serving up Pipis in Asian XO sauce, as well as Leek, Dill and butter...delicious!

Do you know how to cook Pipis? We get asked this question a bit. Can I eat Pipis that haven't opened? Pipis can sill be eaten when closed. The general rule is rinse first and avoid overcooking by removing from the pan when approximately 90% of the shells have opened - then prise open any unopened shells and eat.
