#transformationtuesday - I can’t even tell you how discouraging it was to go from losing weight, to being prettty fit for quite some time, all the way back to what you see here on the left. This messed with my head like nothing before. It led me into depression, isolation, lack of self confidence and so forth. This was also the beginning of my binging. I went from being restricted to now HAVING to eat so much more soooo seeing that I had already gained so much weight, I just thought why not. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I remember it really hitting me when I wasn’t able to enjoy the simple things like outings with my friends or family just for the simple of fact that I felt so uncomfortable being in public and could never find anything I felt comfortable in to wear. Not being able to use my body in the ways I used to or could Also hot home for me, there I was 23 and basically crippled mentally and physically; And the worst part was I only had myself to Blame. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Soooo I said enough is enough and I dedicated myself to learning the healthiest ways of getting back to a bomb ass physique WITHOUT jeopardizing my health. I have way bigger plans for myself and I’m absolutely loving everything about it. This is just the beginning babes.

Health: the general condition of the body or mind. - Health to me is; Feeling energized, having a fully functional and capable body, Eating Foods that fuel my body & feed the soul, seeing my reflection and feeling love and acceptance not disappointment, doing what I can (what I have control over) to be here the longest possible for my loved ones, taking days of if needed and not feeling like a failure for it, not letting a number determine what my day will be like.....etc etc. - Health to me USED to be; going to the gym 6/7 times a week just to see if I could make the scale move faster, starving my body to a breaking point that led me to binge for hours, neglecting opportunities to create memories with my loved ones from fear of stepping out of my regimen, it meant doing everything possible despite what my mind, body, and soul was begging for in order to LOOK healthy and fit. - There comes a point where being healthy/fit and looking healthy/fit are just not the same. There’s a quick fix for everything, sure; and I know how to lose weight quick and cheat the system, but I’d be lying to you if I said that lifestyle and those results are sustainable. - There’s a right way to do things, with patience and respect for your body’s needs. Where you can still enjoy life, build memories, and get results as you grow as a person. That to me is true success in Health. #gwpl

Release your inner artist.🎨 - P.S. BE HAPPY

Breathe in, work hard, and Sweat out the bullshit. - Happy Saturday 🐼

About 6 months ago, I made health my top priority. My main goal: lose the excess weight & eat better. - I was faced with obstacles such as PCOS, Insulin resistance, my schedule (full time employe and student) BUT I did not let them become excuses. - I did my research, worked around my schedule, and prioritized for my own good! - There’s always a million reason to push back your goals and they’re extremely easy to use as a comforting tool for your feelings. The reality is, if you’re not honest with yourself and put in the hard work, you’ll never achieve the life of your dreams. - Quit the fad diets, the magic potions, and Sweet little lies that end up pushing you further and further from happiness. - It takes time, it takes work, it takes dedication, BUT it’s very doable. - Choose the easy way and continue to have a hard life OR choose the harder route and have and easy full-filled life. - The choice is yours, what will it be? - If you’re looking for some guidance, my links in my description box, make an appointment to see if my coaching program is the right fit for you🖤 I’d love to get you started on your journey!

Introverted extrovert. Sweet & sour, like a sour patch kid. Unapologetically confident, on most days. Vulnerable with a wall as thick as my ego and past allows it to be. Hard worker, with the attention span of a goldfish. Romantic @ heart, but don’t allow my heart to make me naive. - Self awareness has shown me my good AND my bad. I own it, all of it. I appreciate and build on the good as well as work on what I need to. I utilize it as a tool to for growth and prosperity, not for destruction. - Get to know yourself, love yourself, build yourself, respect yourself. - This is everything. - Self love.

Become your own inspiration. Strive to do better than you and only you. Any competition you created involving anyone else is a loss before it’s even started. - Aim to improve YOUR lifestyle and become the person you aspire to be. Not for the disbelievers, the exes, the haters, etc. Those are great motivators, sure, but never change your life for anyone else but for you. That’s one of the only ways to achieve happiness and one of the o my ways to guarantee a lifestyle not a temporary fix!

Good morning pumpkins 🎃 - Today I’ll be working on some client plans, going grocery shopping, hitting the gym, prepping, and basically adulting and relaxing! - Peep my story later cause ya might see a little grocery haul go down! - Happy Sunday babes 🖤🎃 #curvilicious

Right after I took this photo I turned around and saw a little girl looking at me extremely confused to what I was doing with my body.... 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 but I did it for the gram 👍🏽 Happy Saturday folks 🖤

PCOS: Polycystic ovary syndrome is a hormonal disorder common among women of reproductive age. - 1 in 10 Women are affected by PCOS - One symptom being weight gain.PCOS makes it more difficult for the body to use the hormone insulin, which normally helps convert sugars and starches from foods into energy. This condition -- called insulin resistance -- can cause insulin and sugar -- glucose -- to build up in the bloodstream. This also puts us more at risk of diabetes, heart disease, sleep apnea, and uterine cancer. - I was diagnosed when I was rushed to the ER when I dropped to the floor from excruciating pain. After running some tests, I was told I had a 12lb cyst that had wrapped itself around my left Fallopian tube followed by being told I would need a oophorectomy. (Imagine being told at 21 that you’d never be able to make a family of your own.) I was than taken to surgery and thankfully came to find that they were able to just remove my left tube and left ovary. - Weight loss can be challenging with PCOS, but I knew that I had to learn and adapt for the sake of my my health and the potential of having my own family one day. I took it upon myself to do the research and learn what my body could and couldn’t not handle, what foods to avoid, what supplements to take, etc. I did it and so can you. 🖤 #pcos #pcosweightloss #pcosawareness #pcosfighter

Happy Monday Hunnies!! ☀️ - - It’s a brand new day marking the beginning to a whole NEW week! The beauty behind this is knowing that you have full power to leave any bad habits behind! - - So the real question is, with your squeaky clean new beginning, what will you choose to do? - - We tend to spiral into choices that correspond in those in which we CHOOSE to start the day of with. Meaning that if you started off your day in a more productive way, there’s a higher chance you’ll stay productive throughout your day, and probably through out your week. - - Have no fear though cause the great thing is that this mentality doesn’t only apply to Monday’s! It applies to any day that YOU CHOOSE to make a change for yourself! 🖤 - - You got this boo boo, I believe in you 🖤 . . . . . . . #communityovercompetition #thefutureisfemale #workoutmotivation #getfitwithme #ladybosslifestyle. #girlgang #wonderwomanmentality #celebrateyourself #thenewhealthy #goaldigger #trainhard #slaytheday #strongerthanyesterday #beyourbest #womenwholift #buildingstrongasswomen #thisworldisyourgym #onlinetraining #howtogetfit #itsalifestyle #sweatsession #loveyourbody #bossbabes #findyourfit #livethelifeyoulove #fitnessblogger #gymholic #weightliftinggirls #fitnesstips

Staying on track with a busy schedule, is it possible? - - Well the answer to this all depends on YOU. If you want it to be possible, it’s totally doable BUT if other things are more important to you than the answer is simply no. - - I know all about this dilemma first hand; being a student, full time employee, and a side hustler 😬👋🏻, and sticking to my fitness goals can all be a little much at times! I get it! Lucky for y’all I’ve come up with a few tips for staying ahead of the game. 😌 - 🔻 Figure our you priories: having a clear direction of what’s important to you and coming up with a schedule for them will keep you from overbooking yourself and feeling overwhelmed! Be honest with yourself and create a plan you’ll actually stick to! - 🔻Meal prep! Now I know this one can be annoying. Some people choose to pick one day and separate all their meals for week, I personally don’t like this method cause I find that I don’t want to eat food that’s been sitting there for a week, plus it takes forever. I prefer cooking my proteins and carbs in bulk for about 3 days worth of meals and putting my meals together the night prior. I typically do this on Sunday’s and Wednesday’s! This prevents unplanned meals when starving! - 🔻Keep it simple! Your workouts don’t have to all be 1 hour or so long! If all you have Time to do for that a is a quick HIIT workout fit that in and just make sure you have nutrition on loc o down! You don’t have to spend all day everyday sweating away your lbs! If it’s not realist it won’t be attainable so keep it’s doable, simple, and stick to it. This will payoff off way more than going balls to the wall for just a week or two, getting fed up, quitting, and getting discouraged! - - Hope this helps!
