I did my math wrong when I was counting in my head , I thought I was deadlifting 235lbs when really it 245lbs cause the 3rd plates are 10lbs πŸ™ˆ anyways I was pretty shocked...the camera shows it was a piece of cake but in reality that shit was heavy asssss fuck lol - 245lbs is the new PR yaaaaaay... showing you the clip after I did that last rep, when I tried to do it again.. I just couldn't do it .. I wasn't tired at all.. my mind wasn't set on that deadlift ...I would keep getting distracted thanks to some girls that were just getting on nervous. . I know it's not an excuse, but I just lost my focus there. .
