Sushi, sunshine, water ... and GREECE?? Ummm yes please!! From Australia, Greece takes about 18-24 hours to get there! (Including lay over times) so it’s not exactly EASY to get to!! Re-uploading this video for the ladies asking about it!! Now for the people who are going to jump in and say “I’ve never seen anyone do this”.... I HAVE.... every.single.day. As a personal trainer, you notice EVERYTHING. Our jobs are not only to train you, but to prevent you from injuring yourself✅ Have you ever gone to the gym and woken up the next day and said “I think I’ve done something to my shoulder/neck but I don’t know what”?. You may have been preforming an exercise incorrectly and didn’t know it!! This is why it is important to focus on FORM over REPS. If you start to lose form, move on to the next exercise until you are ready to go back and preform the exercise CORRECTLY. To all my #bbg girls, I say this at my Bootcamps...
