For the ladies who don’t know, I am one of those people who absolutely REFUSE to take pain medication until I have done absolutely EVERYTHING in my power to fix my problem. The other day I was SOOOO busy, it got to 11am and I started to get a BIG headache. My friend reached into her bag and pull out an aspirin and said “here, take this”. I laughed and said “maybe I’ll just drink some water first because I feel like I haven’t had enough today”. I drank 2L of water and felt 100 times better!! So ladies, before reaching for the pain medication do a quick check list ... “Have I had enough water? Am I using correct posture? Have I eaten the right foods today? Have I had enough sleep?”. Once you have considered ALL those things, then you can think about pain relief!... until then, try fix it naturally! www.kaylaitsines.com/app

[[ ABS ]] These are some of my favourite AB exercises! You can try this workout out by doing 12 reps per exercise for 3 rounds OR you can add some of these into your next workout session at the gym! Speaking of infusing water... (Refer to last post) 👆THESE are the type of bottles I use to infuse my favourite fruits into my water! They have a BIG lid so you can EASILY fit ice, water and fruit into it 😁☀️ They are also 1L so it’s easy to track how much water you are drinking throughout the day!!
