Not gone, just enjoying the offseason and trying to let my body heal up. Got some big goals for 2019. One of the things I am doing to get them is what some people won’t do. Take a step back and eat a big slice of humble pie. I’ve already proven myself on the platform. I dont need to keep proving it for instagram by pushing the weight and keep injuring myself. 3RM with 425 on the reverse SSB front squats.
5 minutes into #huntandchill and she gives you this look. 😂😂😂 tried out my new @hecsstealthscreen gear today, was riding the atv and spooked some deer and saw them stay in the woods. I stopped, got out, grabbed my bow in the back, nocked and arrow, ranged her at 29, pulled back and double lunged her. The three does just stood there confused the entire time. I think this stuff works! @nockontv
Well got my stands and blinds set up! Also found out I have some nice bucks at each location. Looks like 2018 season is going to be fun!

635 for ten total reps. Here was the first set with 4 reps. Felt like I might have had one more in there. Enjoy the near black out moment at the end😬

Best part of any meet is spending it with this hot chick @corinaparker. Loved watching her compete yesterday and pretty much get everything she planned for the day. And she is Always supporting this almost 300 lb mess. Seriously though, this was my biggest cut from 297 down to 275 and then back up again the next day. Another meet, another metal and scored that best lifter again! @radams_88 you put on an amazing meet! Can’t wait to do it again next year!
I pulled a couple tendons in my left (underhand) arm last week on a deadlift which forced me to alternate my grip throwing me off big time. I had To be as conservative as possible on deadlift so I didn’t injure myself again. So I opened with 675 and it was 6:00 allready and I was exhausted so I knew I couldn’t make 3 attempts so I jumped to 710.99 for my second which would put me at 2000.7. Pulled this bad boy out of this air for a 6 lb all time PR. Ended up getting both goals I came for and passed on my 3rd attempt. Ended the meet 6/9 and only missed one lift. 2000.7 at 270 for a 519.36 wilks. Happy with the entire day. Got to watch my wife @corinaparker do awesome in spite of the fact that she pulled a muscle badly during training and instead of giving up adjusted and still competed! She is amazing!
To get a 2000 lb Total I need at least a 485 bench so I opened with 460 (which was 3 lbs over my last meet PR) and went straight to 485 so if I missed it I could take it again. That happened and I made it on my 3rd attempt. Setting me up to get my goal with a 711 deadlift. This was a 28lb meet PR for me!
So much to say about this meet so I’ll split it up between posts haha. Finally got an 800+ squat at 804.69. @itstomsaul did a killer job on the wraps and I even got to have him and @denniscornelius500 spot me which was awesome! Goal for this meet was an 800 squat and total 2000. I had a 765 opener then 804 and passed on my 3rd. Best part was seeing my beautiful wife @corinaparker with the biggest smile afterwards because she has been there and seen me put the work in! Love you babe! 😘
