Omg finally got my hands on this ice cream from @halotopcreamery and it did not disappoint! Salted caramel is my favourite ice cream flavour so to find one that I can have and stay within my macros is AMAZING! I have hunted almost every local supermarket for it for a couple of months now! How I’m living my life at the moment.... 1km at a time... 4 weeks into starting running so loving seeing the Km’s clocking UP 1lb at a time... 3 weeks in and enjoying seeing the movement going down on the scales! No more daily weigh ins though as so much can affect daily weight.... 1 inch at a time... love to see the inches on the tape measure going down! At this point I’m all about fat loss not about gaining muscle anywhere.... until I’ve lost the fat I need to lose! Yehhhh hit my protein macros target bang on and stayed within my calorie deficit too! Living my life 100g and 1/2 lb at a time! Week 3 day 3, that’s 9 Runs in total now! Messed up at the beginning today by picking the wrong workout, realised part way in so had to stop and restart doing the correct one!
