This mornings breakfast, haven’t been doing much fasting. I normally eat around 10am and stop eating after 7pm. I have one meal around 10am and one last meal around 6pm. So two meals a day with one low carb snack in between. Been maintaining my weight and still feel great. Life isn’t perfect so I just roll with the punches. Some days I’ll have something not keto friendly and then I realize I’m happy with where I’m at and don’t need to return to my old habits of eating. Love the lifestyle I’m living and feeling great, huge benefits being on Keto. I tell everyone about it and I always hear the “it’s hard, I can’t get rid of carbs”. People just need to research and experiment with their selfs and see what works. You won’t completely get rid of carbs. Normally to be in ketosis you need to be below 50 grams of carbs per day. What worked for me on Keto is not tracking at all, I was told to try the first month without tracking and I kept going without tracking because I’m losing the weight without it. Right now I would say I’m on a Cyclical ketogenic diet (CKD)”This diet involves periods of higher-carb refeeds, such as 5 ketogenic days followed by 2 high-carb days.”-Healthline.com I’m just experimenting with the 2 high carb days but can always go back to a standard Ketogenic lifestyle.
