INGREDIENTS:. 4 ounces [0.5 cup] nut or seed milk. 4 ounces [0.5 cup] purified water. 1/4 teaspoon Ashwagandha. 1/4 teaspoon He Shou Wu. 1 T The Coconut Butter. Dash of cinnamon. .
