First, Mosiah rocks. We all know it. Let's just face the facts already. Second, these memes are good. Third, it's time to say no (again) to many things: pop, pop substitutes, substitutes of pop substitutes, and some worries I can do without. Life's better focusing on the best, improving what needs to improve, but not dwelling on the worst in others, myself, etc. 😊
I'm not a potato guy, but I wanted a mustard sauce enough to make these anyway. I guess that makes me weird to make food around the sauce, but w/e.
I had a long speil with this pic about what's been in my mind lately but felt I should probably just keep my ramblings to a minimum.
I miss my dad so much today.
We should never see ourselves or others as a lost cause. That's the way the adversary works, not the Savior. When we see people and focus on our/their potential to become like Heavenly Father, and how we can encourage them to get there, we see clearly. 😊
The sunrise does come... And oddly enough the more I keep the commandments the more I believe it's coming and can practically taste it. The less I obey, the farther that sunrise seems. Note to self: keep obeying! 😁
The church announced that a new hymn book is to be made. I've wanted this for a long time for all the reasons they mentioned so I'm thrilled to see this happen! 😁 They are also accepting compositions for original new hymns and children's songs. Pretty cool!
I think my favorite thing ever is the fact that she still grabs daddy's finger even if she's asleep. 😊
Fact: dad's are supposed to sing. Fact: dad's who don't should start. Fact: if she smiles when you do (which she does), it's worth it. 😉
I play the piano for myself or for someone I care about, not a crowd. It's something that's felt, not for show. If you aren't pouring your heart into it, why do it?
