Outdoor activities always burn more energy than a sofa love. Dog walking, snowball fight, run, anything. โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€” ALCOHOL: I prefer to get hammered fewer times and do it well. I will then regret it for 2-3 days, and feel so bad that I can't even smell alcohol. In my opinion, that's better than sipping wine or beer for two weeks every single day -> Overall energy consumption from alcohol will be lower. โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€” KEEP SAFE DISTANCE: Sitting further away from food also help, too often we eat only because of cookies, crisps or biscuits are in reach. โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€” WORK OUT IN THE MORNING: If I can I workout first thing in the morning often when most people are still sleeping. Reason? I will also avoid: "Oh, come on! It's Christmas!" from my family members. Once youโ€™ve done it, you can enjoy your days. โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€” LIFT WEIGHTS: I lift weights, those excess calories may find good use and potentially build some muscles, or at least preserve losing them.
