300 lbs for a PR Single. It took some time but Iโ€™m now officially way stronger than a few months back when I used elbow wraps and did touch and go. Iโ€™ve seen so much progress in these past 10 weeks, as this program has been more than I couldโ€™ve imagined but this made me content, knowing Iโ€™m actually pressing this much (in a veryy fatigued state). If it isnโ€™t paused, does it even count? 260 lbs for 3 Sets of 2, followed by an AMRAP (as many reps as possible) and got 5 which is yet another PR! Felt sluggish today so I tried moving some weight around. Some light 110โ€™s for 9 and 100โ€™s for 17, respectively.
