More of a back/shoulder pump than anything else with my deadlifts today 😂 If you're not having fun training-- you're doing it wrong. Props to all the people who go in saying it's a "battle" and you're going to "war" and all that bs, but let's be real people, you're lifting some weights. Have some fucking fun. Enjoy it. Push yourself. Be happy you're growing and progressing (literally growing, and, figuratively 😂)! If your coach is all fire and brimstone and making you dread your workouts, find another one! Be positive, put a smile on your face and crush some weights. If you're hating it-- you're doing it wrong. Shoot me a DM for results you can smile about-- during and after. . . .
