We love that we get to be healthy as a family! Today was the last day of our September 21 day SHAKE challenge. 2 shakes a day 1 sensible meal and 2-3 lean protein snacks... It's what I've been doing this whole time... It's what I continue to do... I'm down 8 pounds in 3 weeks! No exercise this time... this has all been NUTRITION plan! 🥳🥳🥳 I have never been typical...
