Who here has ever experienced bloating?🙋🏼‍♀️ Trick question, everyone has, or will to some extent. It’s nothing to fear, it means you filled your belly with nourishment👏🏼 or pizza lol Here is when it might be a little more serious: 1️⃣If it really hurts. 2️⃣ If you also can’t or haven’t gone to the bathroom in a long time. 3️⃣ If you’re also having hot flashes. Here are some things that can cause you to bloat: 1️⃣ Food intolerances. 2️⃣ Sodium. 3️⃣ Big meals. 4️⃣ Caffeine 5️⃣ Anxiety Here are some things that can helps with bloating! 1️⃣ Exercise! 2️⃣ Eating regularly scheduled or portioned meals. 3️⃣ Lower your sodium intake. 4️⃣ Apple Cider Vinegar 5️⃣ Pound some water. 6️⃣ Use a probiotic (I use the 100billion probiotic from GNC) 6️⃣ Placing a heating pad on your tummy. 7️⃣ Go potty and TAKE A CHILL PILL! I am not a doctor but I do have IBS. It’s a giant pain in my ass and a byproduct of my anxiety. If you follow the suggestions above you will be okay. If it gets serious SEE A DOCTOR or dietitian. Here is what you SHOULDNT do: 1️⃣ Let it ruin your day. 2️⃣ Self diagnose (no two digestive systems are the same) 3️⃣ Take any sort of laxatives. 4️⃣ Pretend you’re pregnant to freak someone out. #fitness#health#ibs#bloated#inspiration#motivation#nutrition#fit#food#weightloss

Update on my @threaded_clothing_az : I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered gym clothes online that look cool but when you get them, the material is paper-thin and the stitching is pathetic. I would be willing to bet that there are countless women, or even men who made some sort of unrealistic weightloss resolution. I know I have many followers who may have done just that. This is your reminder that abs are cool, but so is living your damn life. Don’t strive to be “Shredded” or look like some anorexic Victoria Secret model this year. I want to take a moment to address something new to me: Transition. This isn’t a sob story, this is something to hopefully help someone else know that they’re not alone. I was in the Marines for 5 years. In the middle of my enlistment I went through some Jerry Springer type shit that left me with array of mental health problems. For the last half of my enlistment I was bounced around from unit to unit, because nobody knew how to help me. Each of them treated me like I was made of glass and when they realized how messed up I was, they would hand me off to the next unit. With 6 months left on my contract, I was sent to Wounded Warrior. I was able to focus on getting better, and preparing to get out. What I didn’t realize was while I was preparing for many things I was also shooting myself in the foot for a couple years. I avoided crowded places like the chow hall, social events, and spent most of my time at the gym or hiding in my room which was always quiet and entirely under my control. I was so excited to get out and come home to a supportive family, and friends. I figured I’d live here for a year or so while I paid of some debt and continued to recover. I put a lot of faith in my family thinking that they would be a big help and show me all the support that I had been promised over the phone. Instead, I got a nightmare. I placed unrealistic expectations on people who don’t know how to deal with someone who’s been through shit. I feel like a trapped stranger in my parents house and will hopefully not be here much longer. Nothing could have prepared me for this but I am taking it one day at a time, staying out of the house and with my best friend as much as possible and trusting God to handle the rest. I know I have a very long road ahead of me but I’ve been through much bigger things than this. I know I’ll be okay, this is just part of my story. If you’re struggling with getting out, you’re not alone. If you’re struggling with mental health and a family who seems to just make it worse, you’re not alone. 2018 is going to be full of growth, recovery and happiness❤️ #mentalheath#military#happiness#transformation#health#inspiration#faith

Sorry fitfam! I could have sworn I posted this a couple days ago. Arnold Presses are a fantastic way to target each part of the delt and get a really good burn. The problem is, I see too many people being lazy or cheating this movement by not breaking it into a full shoulder press with adduction and abduction.
