I just finished the first 12 week lean bulk block and made some solid improvements. Most of the muscle gains occured in my thighs but I've gained some in my arms and chest also. . I'm going to take a full week off from regular training just to let my body and nervous system recover than I'm going for more gains. . I used my KRYPTONIAN MUSCLE GAIN SYSTEM throughout the last 12 weeks and probably put on more muscle than over last 2 years. HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT CERTAIN PROGRAM HAS STOPPED PROVIDING YOU WITH RESULTS AND PROGRESS? . Basically how do you know when it's time to adjust the training program or simply start a new one?! . If you're eating in caloric surplus you're going to gain weight irrelevant of training program efficiency so it's really hard to say how much of that weight is actual muscle or fat?! So usually if the weight gain stops it means you should increase your calories but that doesn't really answer the question! . In my opinion the best indicator that your body has adapted to the program or hit the plateau in terms of muscle gains is when YOUR STRENGTH GAINS HAVE HIT THE PLATEAU/STOPPED. . If weight gain is not followed with steady progress in terms of strength it just means you're putting on fat. That is actually unavoidable because no program can provide you with results forever since body can adapt to pretty much any type of training intensity, volume and frequency. .
