But this year forced me to be vulnerable and exposed sides of me that Iโ€™ve never seen.โฃโฃ โฃโฃ I learned how sensitive I truly am. How deeply I love the ones I care about and are loyal to. And how much of a broken heart Iโ€™ve been carrying around all these years ๐Ÿ’”. Iโ€™ve gone through so much traumatic shit, seemingly unfazed, & my lack of acknowledgment to the emotions surrounding these traumas caught up to me in my 24th year. On top of the craziness that was my year, I completely fell apart. And being me I couldnโ€™t share that with anyone. Not even my s/o at the time. So I suffered in silence. Making everything worse. Finally towards the last few months of my 24th year, I got my shit the fuck together. And slowly started my process of healing. With healing, comes growth. I recommend picking 1-2 days for prepping and making everything down to your snacks! โฃ โฃ 2. Schedule all responsibilities into a planner & follow to a tee. This includes helping kids with homework, cleaning the house, etc. The busier you are, the better it is to have an idea of when everything will get done, because that is the only way it will get doneโ€ผ๏ธ I recommend scheduling at least 2 weeks in advance. โฃ โฃ 3. Honor the commitments made to yourself. Oftentimes we will INVEST but then we wonโ€™t SHOW UPโ€ผ๏ธ If you have followed the first two steps, all you have to do now is workout on the days you have scheduled to do so. Change is hard.
