Raw breakfast this morning was a HUGE bowl of strawbs ๐Ÿ“ bloobs nana ๐ŸŒ mango grapes ๐Ÿ‡ and cinnamon and it was sooooooo good n fresh ๐Ÿ’ฆ I think my body will seriously benefit from simpler meals, eaten in their natural form. Iโ€™m so excited to read more about raw vegan detoxes from the inside out ๐Ÿ“š ๐ŸŒด. We should listen to our bodies more and nourish it with REAL food, not processed alternatives! ๐ŸŒฑ Fruit is naturally vibrant and sweet and provides your cells with fuel not empty calories ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ eat them all, donโ€™t fear the sugar ๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’ฅ ...............note: really nice fresh fruit was eaten out of a tub in the library this morning.. so hereโ€™s some good juice I had a while ago #raw #rawvegan #rawdetox #vegan #veganeats #veganraw #rawfood

@fitnessfoodandfelines yes and carrots etc. but to be honest I just like the crunch! and we donโ€™t always have to eat food in their most โ€˜perfectโ€™ form, just doing what makes me feel good โ˜บ๏ธ

Eating certain vegetables raw isnโ€™t more beneficial as the nutrients in them are less available for us to absorb/ digest than if they were cooked. Also when consumed in excess, raw veg can have adverse effects e.g kale
