APPLE & CINNAMON PORRIDGE // 50g oats, 150ml water, 150ml almond milk, 1 tsp cinnamon. Whilst this is cooking, peel and core an apple and cook it on high with a splash of water and a tbsp of sweetener (I use agave). Once the apples have started to soften and the porridge has thickened you’re good to go.
