This is part of an awesome workout programme called Primal 9 from @menshealthuk. It uses lots of weights and benches which I don’t use, so I’ve adapted it for the TRX. This is the Legs & Abs workout. My name is Tom and I’m an addict. One year ago today I stepped foot inside a treatment centre to get help with drug addiction. It was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make and one of the best ones I’ve ever made. Asking for help, and admitting that I needed help seemed impossible - which is why I was stuck in the darkness for so long, too afraid to talk to anyone about it. A year on and my life is pretty much the polar opposite that it was this time last year. It hasn’t been easy, the year has seen some incredible lows but also incredible highs. I have learned more about myself than I ever thought possible, but this is only the beginning. I am not one year clean, but I am getting stronger and fighting this disease day by day.
