Flex Friday! 💪🏼 ————————————————— Throwback to last year just before my first competition probably my best shape of the year. Prep went on a little to long and got a bit gritty by the end and I think I just took my foot of the pedal a bit and possibly lost condition and probably tissue by the other 2 competitions. ————————————————— Hoping to definitely beat this guy this year with some more thickness and hopefully even better condition! ————————————————— Mini Cut/Prep started Monday so watch this space!! Probably about 95kg here, currently sitting at 110kg 🐷

Deadlifts are finally making a comeback! Had some lower back issues over the last 6 months and they finally seem to be going! 🤞🏼 Looking forward to really drilling some more posterior chain work and hopefully bring that Deadlift up to 220kg and on par with the Squat! #deadlifts
