3 weeks today till my planned competition. - I’m not going to lie I’m not where I wanted to be at this point, not sure wether to pull out or to go for it at the moment. - Going to keep pushing hard for these next 2 weeks though then make a decision!
Deadlifts! 💀 - 160kg x 10 here - Nothing special but feeling so happy that I can finally Deadlift again after a lower back injury and almost a year off! - Going to keep the reps higher and weight lower to start with to build that lower back endurance and make sure form is on point.👌🏼 - First goal is to get back to my strongest around 180kg x 10 & 220kg x 1. Then build from there and hopefully for something like 200kg x 10 & 240kg x 1 by the end of the year! - Watch this space! 🏋🏼♂️💪🏼 #deadlifts

Deadlifts for the first time in a long ass time!! - Low Back still not 100% but it’s definitely getting there. - I’ve been doing RDL’s a lot recently and I think they’ve really taught me to engage my Hamstrings before I break the floor. - Think I’m going to add these back in now! - 160kg x 5/5/5 180kg x 1 190kg x 1 - I want to stay a little conservative and make sure form is on point and lower back is feeling good!
Squats again yesterday! - 160kg x 10/10/10. - Slight pause trying to eliminate the stretch reflex. - Still moving well despite the deficit and the almost 13kg of weight loss! - 180kg x 10 incoming!!
