#flexfriday - Here’s my Front Lat Spread from both the competitions I did this year! Left - BNBF & Right - UKDFBA! - Although I placed worst in the second show my condition and posing was definitely improved! (Although still not enough!!) - Where as at the BNBF show mass wasn’t so much of an issue and it was mainly my condition but at the UKDFBA show I was dwarfed by about 80% of the line up! - Not disappointed though glad I’ve got the experience as now I know exactly where I need to improve and will be taking at least a few years off to grow!! - I’ve set myself some big strength goals as well! 🌚 - Next time I compete the changes will be Night & Day!!! 💪🏼

Leg session at Kings today!! - Started off with Barbell Squats which didn’t go to plan but not really sure why! - So I had to make up for it on the Pendulum Squat! - Here’s my top set taken to failure (It looks like 6 plates but they’re only 15’s so 4.5 plates) Hoping for at least 5 if not 6 plates soon! - Sorry about the faces and sounds!! 😂😂😂 (Wait till the end)

Here’s my last set of Squats from today! - 160kg x 6/6/6 - Happy with that today considering I’ve only been back squatting 2 weeks and this was my first heavier session! - Got some biggish numbers in mind to get hopefully over the next 6 months I’m thinking: - 180kg x 10 220kg x 5 240kg x 1 - Do you guys reckon I can do it? 😝
Working on Squat technique earlier! - Warmed up with some Goblet squats then into some super light high bar and some low bar to finish! - Nothing too heavy yet just easing myself back in! - Goblet Squat - 25kg x 10/10/10 (Top Left) High Bar - 20kg x 6/6/6 (Top Right) Low Bar - 100kg x 6/6/6 (Bottom Left) - 140kg x 6/6/6 (Bottom Right) - Quite happy with how mobility is looking! It seems to be coming back fast, especially as a few weeks ago I almost fell over when I grabbed a Barbell and dropped straight into full depth! 😂

Ignore my face! 😂 - Wait till the end!! - If it doesn’t take you almost 10 seconds to complete your last rep were you really training hard enough? 😉 - These are the reps I love! 🔥 - *Disclaimer* It might not be a good idea to take every single set on every single exercise in every single session to failure!! Your CNS might not be your best friend after that! 😂
