Trying to teach my self to Olympic lift at the moment! (Clean&Jerk/Snatch) 100kg Clean&Jerk and a 60kg Snatch atm Just trying to focus mainly on technique for now! 2nd session of the day done! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ I was only suppose to be having one but after squats I couldnโ€™t finish my workout ๐Ÿ˜‚ So back to finish up with some Chest, Shoulders and Triceps! Should have maybe taken it a little bit easier but was feeling strong and so excited to be able to squat again so I went for it! Definitely my favourite exercise!๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ Sets went like this - Main Sets - 60x10 100x10 140x10 140x10 160x8 180x4 Drop Set - 180x2 140x4 100x6 60x10

Another throwback to the shreds! Good Push session earlier, New bench press PB 115kg for 8! Current goal is to get 120kg for 10! Down to 103.5kg body weight now abs just about peaking through! ๐Ÿ˜‚ gonna keep bringing it back down to 100kg before building back up! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Gaining phase going well! All weights are going up and still progressing on everything! Just started a mini cut with the aim of bringing the weight back down to around 100kg It got a little out of hand a few weeks back and I was up at 106kg ๐Ÿ˜‚
