Oversized women’s wear and of course the crop tops! A personal fav of mine 🤗💁🏾‍♀️. When this rain stops mine are coming back out damnit! Today has been quite restful ❤️ and wonderfully fun all at the same time. I read, napped, met a new person, had some cafe time, and got some fitness decisions made. With that being said, I’m in search of a great Yoga Studio to start my 2x weekly New Years Yoga resolution! Does anyone have any suggestions as to a really great studio to try out? They survived the Kettlwbell #swang test! 😜 ⠀⠀ Warm-up: 3-5min Walkouts 3x10 Kettlebell Squats Kettlebell Swings Kettle bell around the world swings Kettlebell 1-Arm snatch Kettlebell 1-Arm toss Try every exercise for 4 rounds of 20 reps and see how you do! ⠀⠀ Cool down: foam roll and stretch 10min And last but not least some really Groovy #synth tunes by @foxvicious 🦊🎶 because everyday is Friday and I was just in that kinda mood ✌🏾and so excited I finished that workout I had to go back and dance! ⠀⠀

Hi I’m Tashe, I’ve been a Competitive and professional Figure Skater for the last 20 years. Figure Skating has been the driving force in my life for so many years and I have continued to keep a small part of it in my life even as I took a major shift into the Fitness & Training world back in 2011. I’ve really missed Skating having a major part of my life and am happy to announce that I will be coaching Figure Skating with 50% of my time. Skating has my heart and I really enjoy sharing my love and knowledge of the sport with all these little munchkins so much, that I have been inspired to dedicate more time and space to it. ⠀⠀ I would like to say a big thank-you to Jessica Pao @mishaxmicahxmila for her encouragement, constant nagging 😜 and assistance in making all this possible.
